What You Need to Know
We’re glad that you’re considering an appointment at Sup Lee Dental. Before you call our dental office, though, it’s a good idea to review the information on this page to see exactly what you can expect on the day of your treatment. We want to make sure that you’re well-prepared for your appointment so that you have every reason to smile when you visit our dental office. Don’t be afraid to reach out to our dental office; we’re more than happy to clear up any questions or concerns.
Your First Dental Visit
Your first visit is our chance to get to know you better as an individual and to get a clear idea of what your current dental needs are. After you’ve checked in, you’ll be called in for an examination. We’ll ask about any current issues with your dental health while we’re checking for signs of tooth decay and gum disease. We’ll clean your teeth of plaque and tartar, and we’ll schedule future visits depending on our findings.
Online New Patient Forms
After scheduling an appointment, we ask you to fill out our online new patient forms as soon as possible. These forms provide us with all kinds of important information, including your oral health history and any issues that you want us to keep an eye out for while we’re examining your mouth.
Dental Insurance Welcome
Our dental office can file your dental insurance claims on your behalf so that you can maximize your benefits without having to personally deal with any stressful paperwork. Our dental office is currently in-network with Delta Dental Premier, letting patients belonging to this plan keep their out-of-pocket costs at our dental office to a minimum. For other plans, you can call our dental office to see if we can accept them. You can also ask other insurance-related questions if there’s something you don’t understand about the process.
CareCredit Financing Available
Sometimes you might need treatment that your dental insurance won’t pay for or else won’t provide sufficient coverage for. In these cases, we may recommend applying for CareCredit financing, which lets you pay for dental treatment in a series of monthly installments, giving you better control over the cost of your care with little to no interest to worry about. If you click the link below, you can fill out an application to see if you can pre-qualify for CareCredit.
You have a couple of different options for paying for your care. Obviously, you can pay in person at the end of your appointment, but if you’re unable to do so, you can use the link below to submit an online payment instead. This way, you can pay whenever it’s convenient for you. If the link doesn’t work or if there’s something you don’t understand about the online payment process, call our dental office immediately so that one of our team members can
